6 Oct – Young Connectors – A chance to contribute to Arts Centre Melbourne programs
ACM has launched its new mentorship program for the next generation of creative leaders. Four participants aged 18 – 25 will take part in the year-long program, receiving mentoring, a small stipend to cover the cost of participation, and contributing to the development of artist programs. Applications close next Sun 6 Oct. Apply here.

31 Oct – Train with Bell Shakespeare Company – Video Auditions close soon
Students from regional schools across Australia are eligible to audition for the John Bell Scholarship and spend one week training with the company. Video auditions close end of Oct. Read more.

7 Oct – Extension: Proposals for Professional Programme, ASSITEJ World Congress 2020
MIRAI Festival / 20th ASSITEJ World Congress Japan “Towards the Unknown –Beginning the Journey”, is seeking proposals for workshops, practical demonstrations, presentations, seminars, and symposia to be conducted under our main mission theme of the event, “All Our Futures: Children and Culture”. National Youth Arts Summit – Wrap Up

Arts Centre Melbourne launches ‘Future Echoes’
This new annual festival of performance made by and with young artists will run from 23 – 26 Oct. Leading youth arts organisations and emerging artists will show work in development and invite audiences into their process. View the program.

Early Years PhD Scholarship Opportunity
Baboró International Arts Festival is inviting applicants for a fully funded scholarship, in collaboration with Branar Téatar do Pháistí & NUI Galway.
