Theatre Network Australia acknowledges the profound impact that the COVID-19 situation is having on our independent producer colleagues, particularly as many of you work in an international context.

We are hearing about the stress and anxiety this situation is causing many of you, who are losing significant amounts of work and income. We also want to acknowledge how heartbreaking it is to have to cancel shows you have worked very hard to bring to life.

In order to provide some reprieve, we will be extending the deadline for Round 1 of the Unlocking Capacity grant to 5pm AEST on Thursday 02 April. 

We hope that a 2-week extension will provide applicants with additional time to reshape their applications as well as to deal with immediate and urgent matters arising, whether personal or professional in nature.
