Theatre Network Australia (TNA) is pleased to be able to offer an exciting role within our highly respected organisation, leading the Victorian Independent Producers Initiative (VIPI).

TNA is a strong and successful arts peak body, working to promote the performing arts across Australia, with a focus on small to medium companies and independent makers. A national organisation with a dedicated Victorian program, TNA is based in Melbourne in a custom-designed, light-filled and accessible office in the heart of the Southbank arts precinct. This position is very outward facing, working with deep respect with our members and potential members, partners and the wider sector to deliver the Victorian Independent Producers Initiative in collaboration with the TNA team, which includes a mentorship program, workshop series, and grants program. This position also undertakes other sector development programs, including annual sector surveys.

  • a 1 -2 page covering letter addressing the selection criteria (above)
  • a 1 – 3 page resume including a minimum of two referees.
