Theatre Network Australia’s CaPT Advisory Group
We are happy to announce the CaPT Advisory Group for 2020-2021: Jascha Boyce, Alice Cadwell, Steph Cox, Natano Fa’anana, Harley Mann, Lisa McCready, Jo Smith, and Devon Taylor. Read more.

The advisory group had our first 2020 meeting in April. Our conversations focused on the fallout of COVID-19 on the CaPT sector and the ways in which artists and companies are responding; the broader sector impact of the Australia Council for the Arts’ Four Year Funding results; and TNA’s advocacy and programming work moving forward.

TNA Circus / Entertainment Rigging Report 2019/2020
In 2019, TNA conducted the Circus / Entertainment Rigging Survey in response to sector feedback. Designed in collaboration with the CaPT Advisory Group, this survey gauges the need for Circus-specific rigging accreditation, and was open to responses from riggers, circus artists, programmers, presenters and venue managers. Read the report here.

COVID-19 Information, Resources and Opportunities
TNA’s April and May Enews focus on COVID-19 information, resources and opportunities. | Australian Arts Amidst COVID-19 and Australian Circus and COVID-19 are places to ask questions and share ideas.

We hope you are staying well, staying home and looking out for one another. We are mindful that being home isn’t safe for everyone and that many people of Asian appearance are experiencing racism. We acknowledge the pronounced impact that this crisis has on those with a disability, and on communities already affected by the recent bushfires. Please seek help if you are feeling overwhelmed.
