Australian TYA and Youth Arts is recognised and critically acclaimed internationally. The ASSITEJ sector tours extensively and often; represents the wider arts sector nationally and regionally; works with and for young people who have limited access to arts and culture; works with an eye for social impact and preventative action; works inclusively; is committed to excellence and rigour across creative processes and outcomes; and consistently demonstrates its value.
This sector makes work by, with and for young people – embracing a different paradigm that places children and young people at the centre of change.
The following member booklet shows the breadth of the work created in Australia. It includes making companies listed by state. Independent practitioners are listed here.
